The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok Sales Velocity Increases
The result of both construction commencing as well as a new marketing campaign, sales of Bangkok’s first Ritz-Carlton Residences property has increased substantially in the first half of 2011.
Interest has been particularly strong for mid sized residences, and the promotion offered until end of May 2011 has proved a successful selling point:
- 5 years of zero maintenance fees
- 1 million baht of a-la-carte services to new residence purchasers
