Chef Vincent PACE Executive Chef

Hua Hin’s first Country Club, now PACE has taken the next step in
hospitality, with an Executive Chef.
Vincent Thierry is the former Executive Chef from world famous
Caprice in Hong Kong. Widely considered the best French cuisine in
Asia, Caprice has earned accolades and 3 Michelin Stars.
Having overseen Caprice’s rise to the highest echelons of European
cuisine, now Chef Vincent brings his unique touch and attention to
detail to PACE.
“My first role has been to create a cohesive and eclectic dining
experience at MahaSamutr Country Club, a first for the township of
Hua Hin,” says Chef Vincent. “The challenge has been in providing
not 1, but 3 different dining destinations, and a wide range of choice
that satisfies every client, young or old, Thai or international guest,
with every visit.”
MahaSamutr Country Club’s menu will set a new standard for the
beach township, with lagoon side cocktails, indoor/outdoor fine dining,
Thai and western, all achieving the highest standards set by Chef Vincent.
For gastronomes who cannot wait until MahaSamutr Country Club
opens, in addition, Chef Vincent has been instrumental in developing
the dining menu at VOGUE Lounge, now open at the top floor of
MahaNakhon CUBE.
More than a bar, the all day dining menu delivers 10 entrees and 10
desserts each lovingly created and prepared by Chef Vincent. “With
VOGUE, the menu aims to bring fine dining in bite-sized portions to
a very fashion forward audience,” he explains. “As one of several
leading world brands at MahaNakkhon CUBE, VOGUE Lounge will
be more than just a great place to see and be seen, it is about also
being a great place to eat.”
