Yes, foreigners are able to purchase condominium property in Thailand. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok in MahaNakhon is currently on sale and may be purchased by any nationality. Hua Hin Country Club when it goes on sale will also be available to both Thais and foreigners.

The MahaSamutr unveiling of design was in late 2014, and shortly thereafter construction commenced.
