Zero Defects Policy of PACE Pays Off: Saladaeng Residences Set New Benchmark
Saladaeng Residences has been recognised for its construction quality, setting a new standard for quality at time of hand over for a property project in Thailand. At time of handover, the developer and client are most concerned with defects, often identifying 80-100 defects per unit ranging from paint flaws, to non working hardware, to more major construction issues.
“We believe we have set a new standard with our ‘zero defect’ approach,” said Chotipol Techakraisri, Executive Director of PACE. “As a result of planning, quality control and selection of suppliers and materials, we were able to not only reduce the number of defects per unit from typical industry figures to less than 10 defects, but in more than 10 units handed over, not a single defect could be identified by buyers.”
PACE remains committed to an integrated construction approach aiming to reach zero defects for all units. “For owner occupiers, our research identified the importance of providing a sense of pride and satisfaction at time of handover, because this is the time that the property should be at its most pristine,” elaborated Chotipol.
PACE Development is committed to developing centrally located property with outstanding design, and Saladaeng Residences is a testimony to PACE’s commitment to quality.
