Demand for luxury condominiums is still growing among foreign buyers after the recent political development in Thailand on May 22, said Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE

"From May 22 until June 20, we were able to sell [units of] our luxury Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok at MahaNakhon, worth Bt200 million, to foreign buyers from Europe and the US," he said.
