Thansettakij: PACE to Introduce MahaSamutr by Yearend

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of Pace Development Corporation Plc., said MahaSamutr in Hua Hin has made an impressive progress in construction. The innovative man-made lagoon is expected to be finished in Q4 this year. PACE will start selling the development in Q3 at a sales gallery in Bangkok. Sorapoj said the lagoon will become a new icon and it is the first time in Asia that an advanced lagoon maintenance technology will be adopted to make the water crystal clear. MahaSamutr comprises of high-end villas surrounding the lagoon. The villas start at 40 million baht. It also provides Country Club and Beach Club for residences and members.
