Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc, has appointed Thai Obayashi to oversee the structural work for the MahaSamurtr Luxury Villas and Hua Hin Country Club. The project is located on a 120-rai plot in Hua Hin and is set around Asia’s largest man-made lagoon. It will become Hua Hin’s new landmark. The construction is set for completion next year.
