MahaNakhon Announces Bank Financing
PACE Development recently announced the signing of a Bht 5,400 million loan agreement with Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) for the remaining construction of MahaNakhon where piling is now 100% complete and work on the underground section is already in progress.
As Thailand’s first indigenous bank, SCB seeks to provide not only traditional commercial banking services, but a full range of financial services through its head office and extensive branch network.
Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO elaborated, “We are pleased with the trust and confidence that Siam Commercial Bank has in this development.
The loan agreement helps reinforce the confidence our buyers and investors have in MahaNakhon and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok. Among the important factors that have helped to secure the approval of the loan are the continued growth of sales with a good mix of Thai and foreign buyers and the excellent reputation of PACE’s projects like Saladaeng Residences in Soi Saladaeng and Ficus Lane on Sukhumvit 44/1.”
