More than 180 residences of ‘Nimit Langsuan’, a super-luxury residential development next to Lumpini Park, received firm bookings with paid deposits by a majority of Thais seeing a greater opportunity that will come with the opening of AECs. Nimit selling price are between Bht 25-250 million. Construction is expected to start in October 2015 and will be completed within 2018.
