Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said the company has changed the type of ownership of MahaNakhon from leasehold to freehold. Accordingly, the company has raised residences price by 15% for new customers. Meanwhile, MahaSamutr development in Hua Hin will start sales around Q3, 2014. MahaSamutr offers 81 villas worth approximately 40 million baht each. This mixed-use development also offers Hua Hin’s first Country Club as well as a Beach Club.
