A Time and A Pace for Everything
Welcome to 2013;
for the first issue of MOMENTUM this year, we wish all readers a warm and prosperous coming 12 months.
The last 6 months for PACE have been extremely exciting, and the next 6 months promises to be even more so.
Saladaeng Residences is now effectively sold out, and MahaNakhon has reached a new milestone; as we go to print sales are passing the 50% mark for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok while leasing of the retail space is more than 80% completed. Construction has already reached the topping off level for the 7th floor, while the main tower will reach around the 10th floor within 2013.
Sales in 2013 so far have been a record for PACE, including the sale of Thailand’s largest penthouse 1,500 sq.m. in size, spread over 2 levels at MahaNakhon.
We believe that longterm sustainable growth in real estate development is the result of careful planning, quality and design, with a strong understanding of the future trends to deliver as promised for our valued clients.
Within the first half of 2013, PACE is planning to enter the Thai stock market with the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO). More information is included in this issue explaining the reasons behind our listing and what the future holds for us.
