In today’s business world, business sustainability needs to be properly understood in terms of the environment, economic development together with social development promoting transparency and human rights. PACE is like many other smart businesses that are incorporating these principles of sustainability into business decisions, and applying them in practice since they are a big part to maximize opportunity and minimize the negative impact PACE’s core businesses have on the environment, the community and the economy where PACE operates.
PACE CSR policy is therefore set to guide all PACE personnel, contractors, and suppliers having the same perspective and general understanding of how to apply the sustainability concepts in their day-to-day roles across PACE group and in interactions with peers and relevant stakeholders.
Board of Directors, Committees, Top executives and all other employees at all levels are required to support, drive and behave in line with the above mentioned CSR policy.
