High-end Thai property developer PACE Development Corporation Plc., recently announced it had achieved sales exceeding 420 million baht for its Ritz-Carlton branded residences as a result of a three-day road show in Dubai. The roadshow was the first ever conducted by a Bangkok truly high-end property developer tapping into the Middle East market and European expatriates located in Dubai. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok forms part of PACE’s landmark MahaNakhon mixed-use development rising in the center of the Thai capital.
