Pace Development was founded as Cinkara in 2004 by the Techakraisri family as a luxury real estate developer, the developer of Ficus Lane.

With the acquisition of some of Bangkok’s most sought after CBD land plots Cinkara, renamed as PACE DEVELOPMENT, has already proven its financial strength and market connections.

As a branded developer. Pace Development operates a simple organisational structure using a network of proven contractors and suppliers in order to create, market and sell high end real estate.

Our head office is based at All Seasons Place, on the 45th floor in CRC Tower.
