PACE 2018 Annual General Meeting was held successfully at The Great Room, W Hotel Bangkok on April 24, 2018. The meeting was led by PACE’s Chairman, Kraithip Krairiksh and Chief Executive Officer, Sorapoj Techakraisri, together with the board members of PACE.
Construction Update
Construction of NIMIT Langsuan is continuing as planned. Work on the structure of façade has already started. While transfer beam on level 10, the largest floor, is more than 90% complete, and work on transfer slab has reached 70% progress.

Currently, the column and sheer wall of WINDSHELL Naradhiwas have reached level 13. For level 12, the floor slab has reached 30% and MEP sleeve work has started. The generator is now being tested at the factory and will be delivered to the site for installation next month.
