PACE Annual General Meeting 2017

In April 2017, PACE held its Annual General Meeting at W Hotel Bangkok, Great Room. The meeting was led by PACE Chairman Kraithip Krairiksh. PACE CEO, Sorapoj Techakraisri together with PACE board members attended the meeting.

Sorapoj Techakraisri, PACE CEO was invited as guest speaker at The Next Real seminar. The Next Real is a program designed exclusively for new real estate developers, and individuals whose interests are in becoming developers. The curriculum highlights actual experiences and case studies from proficient developers and how technology and innovation have shaped current world of real estate developments.
PACE Welcomes YPO Group

Young President Organization (YPO) has recently visited MahaNakhon. Sorapoj Techakraisri presented the project information as well as led a tour through The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok. YPO is the global platform for chief executives to engage, learn and grow. YPO members harness the knowledge, influence and trust of the world’s most influential and innovative business leaders to inspire business, personal, family and community impact.
MahaNakhon Welcomes Malaysian
Architecture Students

MahaNakhon recently welcomed 20 students in Master of Architecture from University of Science Malaysia. Kipsan Beck, Managing Director of MahaNakhon shared his knowledge and experience at PACE Sales Gallery, MahaNakhon CUBE.

MahaSamutr Construction Update

Construction progress of The Country Club and Sports Club are underway. Country Club has finished its third floor concrete deck slab casted already, while the purlins and roof sheets of Sports Club are being installed.
