Role and Responsibilities:

- Providing all general legal services of the company and related companies.

- Preparing the registration documents for register with the Ministry of Commerce and /or Department of Lands

- Liaison and communicating with relevant government departments and regulatory agencies

(includes processing applications for licenses and permits and obtaining necessary approvals from authorities)

- Proceeding with any other matters assigned by head of the Legal Office

- Researching and follow up relevant regulations and laws in Thailand


Qualifications:

- Male/Female with Thai nationality, age 25-30 years

- Bachelor’s in Laws, proficient in corporate, commercial or real estate laws

- At least 2-5 years of post-qualification experiences in corporate or real estate laws

- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills to cooperate with government department and internal division

- Good command of both written & spoken English

- Positive attitude and capability to learn, understand and analyze legal aspect with smart working concept in an international environment

- Ability to work under deadline and time pressure


Knowledge Required:

- Substantial knowledge on law and regulations relating to business and commerce

- Knowledge in following law and regulations shall be deemed as advantage:

- Civil and Commercial Code

- Public Company Act

- Rules and Regulations of SET and SEC

- Law and Regulations relating to Tax
